While studying design in Mexico City in 1978, Lilibeth began her path towards naturopathic practice. Studying full-time, taking additional courses in art, and working part-time, by 1979, her health was complaining.
A visit to a naturopath provided a plan that encompassed a change in diet, health practices, in whole, a change of lifestyle. She complained about the inability to incorporate these practices in the big city and her hectic schedule limiting her free time.
“Do what you can,” he said, “It is your health.”
From then on, she began to practice and consequently, self-study what she was doing and why. She also began to share what she was learning from personal experience. Her hope was that by sharing her experience she could give others the opportunity to become aware of other health alternatives that could help balance their health through a more natural lifestyle.
In 2010, Lilibeth had the opportunity to attend Trinity School of Natural Health and at the close of 2013, she received a diploma of Doctor of Naturopathy. She also became a Certified Natural Health Professional, and in 2016, she was certified by the American Naturopathic Medical Certification Board.
Other training includes:

Early on in her practice and outreach, she was jokingly asked why she wanted to be immortal.
“I don’t want to be immortal,” she said, “I just want to live with less aches and pains.”
Today she shares this knowledge with others to provide a natural health understanding.
Lilibeth’s naturopathic practice incorporates various methods including:
“My goal is to teach a person how to better understand and achieve a natural healthy balance.”
